1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 55ace website at https://55ace.ws, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform, you ("the User", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 55ace platform. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The 55ace platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 55ace reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, and to suspend or permanently close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to open and maintain a 55ace account:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from participating in online gaming activities.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 55ace platform or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 55ace or any of its affiliated entities.
• Your participation in gaming activities on the platform is for personal recreational purposes only and not for any professional or commercial purpose.

3. Account Registration

Each individual user is permitted to maintain one (1) account on the 55ace platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number or email address. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 55ace strongly recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your account.
• Unauthorised Access: You must notify 55ace support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 55ace will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account credentials.
• Account Transfer: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your 55ace account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• Verification (KYC): 55ace may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain platform features. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 55ace platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified. The platform supports the following payment methods for Pakistani users: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20.

Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your 55ace wallet within minutes of successful payment confirmation. 55ace does not charge internal fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. The following conditions apply:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit into your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• 55ace targets withdrawal processing within 24 to 72 business hours of request approval, though actual receipt times may vary depending on the payment method and banking institution.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are set per payment method and are displayed in the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending the completion of KYC verification or in instances where 55ace has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.
• Any active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements have been fully met.
• 55ace reserves the right to apply a single withdrawal limit per 24-hour period. Users requiring higher withdrawal limits may contact customer support to discuss enhanced account settings.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

55ace offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty programme rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion details page.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held in your account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while one is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus balance not used and any wagering requirements not met within the stated expiry period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: 55ace reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonus awards where there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, or any attempt to exploit promotional terms. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at 55ace's sole discretion.
• Real Money Priority: Unless stated otherwise, real-money balance is used for wagers before bonus balance. Check your account wallet section for current balance breakdown at any time.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 55ace platform — including but not limited to live casino games, slots, sports betting, Dragon Tiger, and fishing games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer studios that are independently audited for fairness and integrity.

• Bet Confirmation: A wager is only considered confirmed and binding once the platform has issued an on-screen confirmation receipt. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to your wallet.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, international Test series, T20Is) and other sports, are governed by 55ace's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated herein by reference.
• Void Markets: 55ace reserves the right to void any market or wager where the outcome has been affected by an error, data feed failure, or any event determined to constitute grounds for voiding under the Sports Betting Rules.
• Connection Failures: 55ace is not liable for losses or missed opportunities arising from disconnection or interruption of internet service on the user's side. Game round results determined by a certified RNG or live dealer studio are considered final regardless of connection status.
• Display Errors: In the event of a software error that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes, 55ace reserves the right to correct the error. Winnings paid out in error are subject to recovery.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 55ace platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening or operating more than one account, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or live casino contexts.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or wagering on events whose outcomes have been corruptly influenced.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials to deposit funds or make withdrawals.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other activity in breach of applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 55ace platform software.

8. Responsible Gaming

55ace is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We recognise that, for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty of care very seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 55ace users and can be activated via the account dashboard or by contacting customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out of your account.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the 55ace platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt and once activated cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period.

9. Intellectual Property

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the platform content without prior written authorisation from 55ace.
• Use the 55ace brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context or in a manner that implies endorsement by 55ace.

10. Privacy & Data

By registering an account on 55ace, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.
• 55ace employs SSL encryption, secure data storage, and access controls to protect your personal information from unauthorised access.
• 55ace does not sell or rent your personal data to third-party marketing organisations.
• Transaction data may be shared with licensed payment processors (JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay) solely for the purpose of processing your financial transactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 55ace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, internet disruption, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account by third parties where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or circumstances beyond 55ace's reasonable control.
• Errors in game results that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, odds, or content displayed on the platform that contains inaccuracies resulting from data provider errors.

Where 55ace is found liable for a direct loss in circumstances not excluded by these Terms, the total aggregate liability of 55ace shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your 55ace account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

55ace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal that has not been satisfactorily resolved.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months (dormant account policy applies).
• Court order, regulatory directive, or request from a law enforcement authority.

On voluntary closure of your account, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and pending winnings subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings section.

13. Amendments to Terms

55ace reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 55ace will provide reasonable notice via a prominently displayed notice on the platform homepage or via email to your registered address, where feasible.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the 55ace platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 55ace's operating jurisdiction as an internationally licensed gaming platform. While 55ace serves players in Pakistan and makes every effort to align its operations with user expectations in the Pakistani market, the platform operates under international online gaming regulations.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 55ace platform, the following process applies:
